Eggs, milk, canned goods and the now extinct toilet paper.

Is that any thing like head cheese?

This is Armageddon for sure!

In my humble opinion, the words liver and head should be nowhere near the word cheese.

Where the cheese part comes into play I have no idea. I will admit that doesn’t taste too bad if you are drunk and starving at the same time.

of desperation, I won't finally be able to try my first liver cheese.

I read the other day that, I think a meat section manager, said he'd never seen a store run out of pork butt before. Made me want to run out and buy one.

Seriously, I'm guessing the wave of big shoppings for stocking up has peaked. I did read we now have a sudden (greater) shortage of truck drivers, and of course especially slow learners will still be realizing that dropping by the market every couple days isn't a good idea and joining the wave.

But I actually have a fair degree of confidence that you will see liver cheese on the rack again very soon. What else would those hellacious factories do with whatever goes in that stuff?

from consciousness, because I didn't know what it was until I googled it. I recognized the picture but don't recall the last time I might have admitted to its existence as I walked by.
