Our "wartime" president held a press conference and made shit up
He talked about a malaria drug that might fix this. He talked about the FDA allowing all kinds of shit to proceed without fully checking it out. He talked about ... oh, whatever he talked about was total bullshit that he was making believe was just around the corner, but won't be here for quite a while to come.
Go to google. I'm sure his entire stream of this morning's ignorance is there.
But let's get down to basics. Bugs Bunny would be a better president that this creature. He reads shit he doesn't understand, and then throws in side comments of how great he's doing. And, oh yeah, he called this "The Chinese Virus." Actually, in America, we can call it "The Trump Virus" because he ignored it for two critical months.
But here's the bottom line. The coronavirus is a horror that is going to sicken and kill many. And much of that blood will be on the hands of Trump, Fox "news," Rush Limbaugh, et al.
Perhaps this will bring an end to the conservative alternative universe. Reality, when it gets realy bad, has a way of focusing the mind. There are those Kool-Aid drinkers who will never get it. But I think the vast majority of America has tuned in to what must be done in this November's election.
