Apologies if this has already been posted. I didn't see it.

If you look at the "Atypical Illness" tab it shows you counties where more people are running a fever than would be expected from typical flu data.

Suggests Florida, Arizona, south Michigan and a cluster around the border of Tennessee/North Carolina/South Carolina/Northern Georgia are where the next surges of cases are going to be.
