Does it seem like Trump is copying Biden's debate points?

Two things Biden said stuck out at me from Trump’s recent pressers:

1). Biden mentioned in Sunday’s debate that he would enlist the Army Corp of Engineers about treatment facilities. Now Trump is saying that, but I don’t recall him saying that before.

2). Biden said he would enlist resources as if it were a wartime emergency, and now Trump is calling himself a wartime president.

I was wondering if anyone else noticed that. I’m out roaming grocery aisles, so I’ve missed a lot, but that stuck out at me from what Trump said today.

At least Biden’s ideas are recorded first for when Trump claims them as his own.
