He is doing this to personally profit and to hurt us by taking all the money & giving it to the rich so after he's stolen the election he can drastically cut SS, Medicare & Medicaid. He's a part owner of the failing test kit co. (PROFITS) and tried to buy a German biotech co. to profit hugely on the vaccine. He already said he wouldn't price control on that (so he can charge sky high amounts). He's OK with us dying, means nothing to him at all.
