Wuhan, China Started Closing Down The City Around Jan 23rd.....

We watched on TV that they were building a large hospital in record time. We knew that this virus was serious and we knew then that at some time in the future we would have to deal with it here in the U.S..

It was at that time that the Federal Government should have gone into launching a major offensive to prepare for the onslaught of the virus in the U.S.. By watching what was going on in Wuhan - it should have anticipated the needs for personal protective equipment; masks; gloves; tests; ventilators; sanitizing solutions; etc.

We should have been ready. Instead now we are up against a wall trying to find supplies in order to deal with this virus.

This was unavoidable. We could have had almost a two month lead time to prepare.

This is where Trump's government failed us. This is unconscionable.

yet they just ordered a nationwide lockdown. That should have been us two months ago.

Because we have the human equivalent of a whoopee cushion in the WH, the United States is now a shining a example of how NOT to deal with this pandemic.

many were converted from exhibition halls, sports stadiums and warehouses. All the temporary hospitals have been closed. Their plan is to formally lift the lockdown in two weeks if the lack of new cases continues.
