(10,885 posts)accurate reporting numbers. Quoting the numbers as they have been doing is merely a guideline, not the actuality. If people aren't tested, their illness isn't counted, which is exactly as Chump would like to have it. To think...he was nutzzz when the US had all of 15 confirmed cases!
