This is NOT true, and absolutely inexcusable that @USArmy would post this as part of their Instagram story.
Please @SecArmy, immediately take this down and stop spreading misinformation.
Yes, children CAN contract #COVIDー19 and spread it to others.

But it says that children and adults have the same symptoms.
If they have the same symptoms, that means kids can get it.

We're being fucked with by foreigners, probably Russians, perhaps Chinese. If it could happen during the 2016 election, you can bet your ass that it's happening now.

The Army regrets the inappropriate post on Instagram related to the COVID19 response and the individual who posted it has been relieved. The post has been removed and we are taking action to ensure this doesn't happen again, including retraining for our social media personnel.
