Obama Ahead in the Polls? Crackpot Dick Morris Knows the Reason Why...

Because Obama's "Justice Department Thugs" are intimidating Gallup with a 'Chicago Style' lawsuit designed to intimidate them.

http://nation.foxnews.com/barack-obama/2012/09/10/dick-morris-obama-thugs-rough-gallup-polls-they-don-t

Here's the scoop, in a nutshell:
A former Gallup employee brought a lawsuit against Gallup in 2009 claiming they overcharged the federal government for polling work it had commissioned. Then Gallup comes out with a poll claiming Romney is ahead of Obama, David Axelrod tweets to them that he thinks their methodology is wrong, they say "no, we don't think it is" and COINCIDENTALLY the federal government suddenly decides to join the whistle blower in the lawsuit. Now, all of a sudden Gallup is giving Obama better numbers.
Coincidence? I THINK NOT!-says Dick Morris. Hell no, this is thuggery, CHICAGO style!

Unfortunately for Dick, the poll he's talking about was released in April, and the DoJ didn't announce their intent to join the lawsuit until the end of August, making it hard for even a bitter loser like Morris to make the post-hoc ergo propter hoc argument hold water. But I doubt the low information voters who listen to Fox News will catch that minor detail.

David Axelrod and Barack Obama (not exactly as shown) discuss polling methodology with Gallup Inc.

"Say 'random sample internal control' one more time! I DARE you!"

A) prescription painkillers, or
B) alien radio transmissions being picked up by his cochlear implant.

Personally, I prefer option B.

Most conspiracies are quite straightforward and most threats are delivered in a timely manner.

Frankly, for years it's been known that Gallup sucks and is always off by the margin of error in favor of the asshole/wingnut team. Anyone with a brain corrects for that and moves on smartly.

The Fauxsnooze viewer is lacking in intellectual capacity and critical thinking skills, unfortunately for them. They'll buy anything, even faster if it's delivered by bosomy news presenters wearing bright red lipstick.

Those 36-26-36 poll numbers are all that matter.
