He starts with "we've sent thousands to NY...like 2000 and then 2000, and then 4000" to "and we're going to be making them in numbers like nobody's ever seen, like 100,000" to "we're going to have more than enough for the US, so we're going to send them to our friends overseas...."

Then reporter asks Dump to basically confirm truth of these statements, and Dump goes full on Deniro impression.
