The lessons America has learned since the Great Depression.

Wars can make you rich and keep a lot of men doing busy work.

Win or lose, Republicans only care about themselves.

The true gift of the male conservative is conning people.

Scams are a sure way to success in a country of true believers.

The greediest will always win in the game of Capitalism.

No matter how dire the circumstances, there is always a game.

With power comes more power.

"America" is an unfulfilled idea, kept at bay by the GOP.

Many more I'm sure. But reading about and receiving scams right now while Cons control the purse strings and bash the soldiers in "this war" is unsettling.

That's a key component, and shows the sociopathic nature of capitalism.

Every Republican now obsessively believes that the only laws that matter in the United States are the

'Republican Rules of Acquisition'

that they fully embraced as their own glorifying achievement.

Love of fellow-man.

How to be ladies and gentlemen and children being respectful.

The importance of community and importance of small local businesses to community.

How to be frugal and save, yet share as needed.

The core purposes of religion.

Love of nature and the earth.

Accepting responsibility for our actions and promptly making amends when wrong.

Continued.......that list really is quite long. Does not apply to all, but many and it's getting worse with time.

There really was a double-whammy of humility with WW2 piled on top of the Depression.....

from being the uniting force when needed to a wedge. States rights are limited. Yet the conservative think tanks have brought about a civil war with a "rebel" in the White House who lacks humanity or the ability to tell the truth.

Given his allies in DC, who continually defend the indefensible, where will the new McCains come from? We desperately need allies across the aisle because they've become the party of death. To the nation and people.
