They blame 9/11 on Bill Clinton. And Sandy Berger. And Jamie Gorelick.

1. Yes blame Clinton LOL!

Clinton had his own 9/11 with Oklahoma. How did Timmy plant other explosive devices in a federal building? You know a federal building that has 24/7 surveillance. These "terrorist" sure work in mysterious ways.

2. If those Yahoos were half-way clever, they would instead blame

Jimmy Carter and his national security advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski. Brzezinski bragged about luring the Soviets into Afghanistan, the act that spawned al Quaida. At one point, IIRC, he was asked whether he thought creating al Quaida could be justified and Brzezinski responded emphatically that bringing about the downfall of the USSR was definitely worth the price of creating al Quaida.

AFAIK, no one went back to ask him whether the deaths of 3,000 Americans were worth causing the downfall of the USSR, but I'm pretty sure I know how he'd answer.

That's how real politikers play the game of global chess. 3,000 working class Americans are mere pawns to them.

Is it too much to ask those who were actually in charge AT THE TIME to take responsibility for their actions without blaming those who tried to get them to be alert (and they refused)

How can they blame Clinton? (and remain within the factual universe. )

They REALLY don't want to hear any facts that contradict their hatreds.
