Here is some little know items that are taken for granted. Our public sector union, a SEIU local
gave $12 million in concessions to our county for the fiscal year 12-13. We are also spending some of our dues, that all members pay, on local, state and federal elections.
How do you come up with the savings to taxpayers and political contributions to people who have your best interest at heart if we didn't do what we do?
