He could do so today, but probably would not until the end of the year, if he is even so inclined.

They can't touch him again with their lies and distortions, if we give him a majority in the House and keep the majority in the Senate.

If not, look to see the Rethugs try to impeach him as soon as he is sworn in again. Hopefully not by that trickster Roberts.

What do you think?

If we lose the Senate and they keep the House, our only hope is that Obama will become a veto fanatic. Of course, that's if they aren't successful in his impeachment.

I'm not sure about a pardon as that implies guilt, and Don Siegelman is not guilty of anything, this was a classic case of a political prosecution complete with Karl Rove and a crooked judge who never should have been allowed sit on that bench.

But a commutation of the sentence as was give to Libby by Bush, would give some time to start working on overturning that crooked conviction.

If Bush could do it for Libby who actually was guilty, I don't see why our side can't do it for one of their own.

I've been following this travesty that happened to Don Siegelman for years now. I have contributed to his defense fund and was so hopeful when he won his appeal.... Now he's ordered back to prison. Perhaps if enough voices speak up for justice, President Obama will listen??

who should be going to prison.

Don Siegelman is a great Democrat, they could not defeat him so they destroyed him.

And there really is no justice here if this is allowed to stand, while war criminals walk free and are protected from prosecution.
