we should award electoral college votes by population, not by population PLUS 2 (for the senators from each state).
I know this is arcane and boring but it still makes me mad that the 3 people who live in Wyoming get the same number of votes as the 7 Billion living in California.....or so it seems.
Reform the electoral college and they won't be calling this a "conservitive" or "right" leaning country anymore.
Gore would have won had the "red" (read: unpopulated) states not been given this unfair weight 211 to 226.
Or just count the popular vote (will never happen).
