I just got it. Paul Ryan is GOP Eddie Haskell.

on Youtube.

Somebody needs to haul out their old DVDs of LEAVE IT TO BEAVER and compile a few Eddie Haskill woppers, and label them as Paul Ryan giving an interview.

The closest I could find was this collection of Eddie woppers from the car commercial.
