Why is Morning Joe repeating the 7:00 segment at 8:00?

I recognize the Eddy Haskell reference and Trump lying about mail-in voting segments?

... in CA, the last hour is a repeat of the first... plus taped segments, I suspect. The first 20-30 minutes is an exact repeat. The rest is made up of ads and taped segments, I think...

What he presents in the first hour or two is more truth and "tell it like it is" than I hear for the rest of the day on cable channels.
