contamination...For me the mask goes both ways. Protect from cough drops flying around and prevent touching my self. The mouth, nose and eyes are the pathways the virus gets into your lungs... DONT TOUCH YOUR FACE AND WASH YOUR HANDS........

Also, I wash my gloves like I wash my hands, but I use stronger solutions like bleach.

I remember an episode of Mythbusters where they showed how a runny nose can get spread around in just a couple of minutes to face, clothes, whatever is in reach.

1) Wipe down/disinfect your cell phone
2) If you pay with a card, take it out of your wallet in advance. If you have to hand it to someone, put in a pocket temporarily and remember to clean before putting back in your wallet.
2) Wear a mask or face covering
3) Take off gloves before touching the car door, or you'll have to wipe down the car door, gear shift, steering wheel etc.
4) Carry a plastic baggie to put the used gloves in, throw it away when you get home
5) When you get home, quarantine any grocery bags for several days. Wipe/spray disinfect all packaging, wash all produce
