Kentucky Will Record License Plates at Easter Services
April 11, 2020 at 9:16 am EDT By Taegan Goddard

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear (D) has warned devout Christians that anyone attending Easter Sunday services will be forced to quarantine for 14 days after giving state police the mandate to take down attendees’ license plate numbers, CNN reports.

The state says around six churches are planning to hold in-person services despite a stay-at-home order

Yeah, Andy Beshear. I hope Kentuckians are now smart enough to dump Moscow Mitch for Amy McGrath.

Ohio has not heard one word out of Rob Portman during this crisis. Sherrod Brown is all over laying McConnell out but backing DeWine and praising him.

...how "devout Christians" is used so loosely here. It is just one way that Evangelicals weaponize Christianity.

If we want to be really particular, these "devout Christians" are going against the will of God.

Romans 13:1-2 says: "Obey the government, for God is the One who has put it there. There is no government anywhere that God has not placed in power.

I still say the Bible isn’t what everybody thinks it is since it has been politicized continuously throughout the ages. Its essentially a collection of parables trying to control the actions of people — some stories may be true to the original writings and some may have been rewritten or embellished over time to fit the political situation.
