Take hope because we will get through this horrible situation.

And most of us will survive the COVID19 pandemic as well.

We must all work to elect Joe Biden. Canvass, phone bank, rally, speak to friends and neighbors. We did it in 2018, we did it in the IL 3rd in March, and we will do it in November.

Be safe, and be well.

One of my ways of coping is exercise, in whatever form one can tolerate. And I rarely watch Trump on the television. Watching can lower the IQ as it elevates the blood pressure.

And rightly so.

I don't walk so well, but take short jaunts up and down our avenue.

I may eventually invest in some kind of equipment. Nothing elaborate or expensive. I keep seeing that Slim Cycle on teevee. Mb like that.

Watching COVID-45 or hearing his voice undoes any mental, physical or spiritual progress you may have just attained.

You so sweet!
