When President Snow issues his grand announcement that he’s reopening the economy of all Districts, not everyone will go rushing back to work, to theaters, to concerts, and to the shopping malls in the Capitol.
Many of us will stay hidden away and keep our heads down and stay safe. Or as safe as possible on these times.
