The other deadly virus is Trump and the Republicans

Democrats are trying to work the problem. Republicans are using the coronavirus as cover to push through horrible ideas they've wanted for decades.

Take the Postal Service. Republicans have always wanted to wipe it out. Now, they're making sure it's underfunded and may go broke by June. They don't just deliver paper. They deliver prescriptions, and many necessities that are needed by people in urban and rural America. In other words, the Republicans want to fuck everyone, including their own voters. (As well as putting 700,000 postal workers out of work.)

And as for the billions of dollars that congress voted for to help small businesses and the unemployed. Trump is controlling that money. Who knows where it's going? (Although I have a pretty good guess that much of it is going to enrich Trump and his fellow thugs.)

Look at Andrew Cuomo. He's right smack in the middle of hell. Yet, he gets on TV, tells the truth, and offers hope and comfort. Trump gets on TV, makes up shit that spews from his mouth like lava from a volcano.

Of course, the vaccine for the Trump/Republican virus is to vote against them. But do you really think there's a level playing field out there. They will do anything and everything to hold onto power. Look at what they did in Wisconsin with the help of the five pricks on the Supreme Court.

Aside from voting, I don't have the answer. But if they steal the November election, I suspect that domestic tranquility will go out the window. And America will become a very ugly place in which to live.

I have said this many times. The GOP leadership does not believe in a multi-party democracy. They want power, and to keep it.

3. They hate democracy

They've done everything possible to block any Democrat in the White House. Yet they're more than willing to carry out the whims of any Republican in the White House. Just as a reminder, we're still in Afghanistan, Iraq, and other places in the mid-East we're not even being told about.

Today, Trump isn't even trying to hide any of it. He hates democracy and is looking forward to be the Caligula of Washington. After all, he's got so much blood on his hands, he's figuring, "What the hell. A few million more won't matter."

We have an obvious madman in the White House. Yet, we are acting like sheep. And the reason is that we believe in the constitution and Trump/Republicans don't. Perhaps it's time to adjust our world view.

4. Yes, agreed. It's getting too late to ever expect Republicans to

do anything. Trump is enjoying a certain power. But, his power isn’t derived from the Constitution or loyalty. His power is derived from blackmail and coercion. Every time we all think well, this will do it, of course it doesn’t. I think there is of course the money and the judges he brings.

But, I think from the beginning Russia hacked Republican emails and I think there is really bad stuff being held in ransom. I think, too, Russian intelligence has very damning dirt on a LOT of Republicans. No Republican dares says a damn thing lest Trump attack them personally and I believe threatening the release of kompromat obtained from Putin.

I really believe no Republican is clean enough to stand up to basically a doxing by Trump or his goons, and probably other corrupt mofos worldwide. Democrats will be leaned on again to reign in the bad forces in our government. It’s just so hard to accept how bad it is, yet it can still get worse. And, I heard on the radio Bernie came through today for Joe Biden, so something good happened.
