I admire them so much and am so upset that they had to go through so much, risking a horrible death, to vote when it didn’t have to be that way.

because we've had it pretty rough here in Wisconsin for quite a few years. We're still up against opponents who break the rules and suppress the vote, but tonight it's been made clear that a lot of us don't like what they're doing and that we're willing to organize and fight back.

Wisconsin boys were some of the most feared soldiers my mistaken ancestors faced in that war. They did not quit. They were willing to pay for freedom with their lives. Seems they still are.
