Way in over their heads ... Soulless?

A discussion about how some friends of mine are now looking to get 'bailed out' by a socialist hand out on the governments tit. After they railed for years AGAINST looking out for each other and less government assistance no mater what the crisis nationwide. Catastrophe, hunger, disease, whatever. I asked them ... shouldn't we all be strapping up our boots on, we are all on our own after all right? .... answer 'crickets'.

Yeah coulda been the fact that they ... not quite understanding the 'trickle down theory' which is now pissing all over them too, doesn't work, never did and never existed. Welcome to the club. Gotta umbrella assholes?

Hey I know let's start a 'GO FUND ME PAGE' ... because I am living way over my means, on non-essentials .... and bullshit, feel sorry for me would ya?

And all of a sudden they are in favor of $2000 a month ... handout ... because WTF? My house payment is due, my lifestyle, etc... on and on and on ... pathetic. They don't care about anybody else. Way in over their heads ... it's the 'stuff' that really matters not each other, that's the point, sad. Thank's for hearing me out DU, yeah looking for new friends. It's time. Peace.

They are masters of denial, projection & compartmentalized thinking. IMO, such folks are incapable of holding 2 opposing thoughts in their minds, a complex thinking task. 🤮

I sit there staring at them ... thinking WTF ... is wrong with you? Over the years pretty laid back, lately not so much. Been calling them out more and more. See what gives .... flatten the curve.
