The chairman of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin revealed how his organization won an upset election for the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Progressive Dane County Judge Jill Karofsky won a decisive victory over Supreme Court Justice Daniel Kelly, who was appointed by former Republican Gov. Scott Walker.
Ben Wikler, the chair of the state Democratic Party, offered his thoughts on how the victory was achieved.

(82,849 posts)Changing strategy on the fly because of the Covid 19 quarantine shows what can happen when personal interests give way to practical considerations. It would have been bad to stay the course and insist on carrying out a long-planned strategy when circumstances had changed so drastically.
Make no mistake. This was a smashing victory for Wisconsin Democrats and the people of Wisconsin. It also provides a road map for Democrats in other states.
