The trees are budding and I am still wearing my winter coat.

The weather here in upstate New York has been terrible all year. Constant rain, snow, wind, cold. What's crazy is I'm worried I will catch a cold, maybe a chest cold and think I have the virus. The constant bad weather depresses the hell out of you which can weaken your immune system. The constant bad weather makes sheltering in place much worse, much more depressing.

When spring does finally arrive here it will be the most welcomed spring in my lifetime.

This, too, shall pass.

it ain't all warmth and sunshine. Being a native midwesterner, it's hard not to look forward to May and June. But July thru November though....man....heaven on earth....

I had to wear my down coat. On the bright side, the daffodils are blooming and the tulips are about to open.

okay with needing at least a light jacket.

But I am looking forward to seeing all the trees in full leaf again, and lots of flowers.
