To me, they were more about providing light morning entertainment happy talk, and "some" news. But CBS at least resurrected the old "This Morning" brand for a focus on serious news back in 2012 before this current maladministration changed the norms of journalism.

But Broadcast news has a huge impact and many more eyeballs than cable or Net. This is why I think this indicates a tide change.

Lollie heads-I'm not sure if I made that up but the Morning Show talking heads are props not real humans. But they sit there and pretend to be "relate-able" and oh so happy & perky . Total farce but the funniest thing is watch the hosts heads-they tilt like the RCA dog to show interest or something. May be a British term I watch a lot of their TV.

42. Gov. Cuomo gave tRump a quick tutorial on who holds authority.

As he pointed out (explaining to tRump like he is a grade school child) it was the states that formed the Federal ....not the other way around. And the Constitution clearly explains this. Cuomo said there are many things about our form of government that are not completely clear but this point is not debatable. We do not have a monarchy with a king. tRump might need more tutoring on this point before he gets it. Cuomo is not going to argue with tRump over this. So put that in your pipe and smoke it, tRump.

Hopefully, a lot of people saw Cuomo this morning and recognized leadership in front of them. He told tRump what he needs to do, so now he just needs to shut the f up and get busy straightening out the mess.....if he can. Truthfully, I have my doubts.
