The view from the Tenderloin

The View from the Tenderloin:
President Obama's endorsement of Joe today was a ray of sunshine that matches the clear morning light. We all need a bit of encouragement these days. My move to the new apartment last week exhausted me as much as Trump's treasonous ramblings are exhausting all of us. I have not snapped back from the move, lets hope the Republic can snap back from four years of a mentally ill president and his treasonous enablers.
Like the rest of us, I am waiting patiently for the plague money to hit the bank account. By this time of every month I am usually broke, out of smoke, and low on hope. The encouragement and support I get from my face book friends and family are what keeps me going. I long for the day when I can get on the Zephyr and do a trip back home. Those long train rides are magic, and I wonder if I will ever have that joy again. Everything is changing at a dizzying pace, and I am struggling to keep up. Be good to each other, find someone who needs your support, you will get back more than you give.
Hold those dear to you close
God save the Republic
