Interesting and rather comprehensive timeline of Trumpy's follies, dating back to the '70's

Like anything, some of this should be taken with a grain of salt, but I've looked through a few of the attributions and most seem legitimate.

They paint a picture of a serial criminal who has had ties to organized crime and has surrounded himself with nefarious types for decades. Not news to most of us I'm sure, but it's interesting to see it all laid out in chronological order.

This understandably has dozens of entries, so it takes a bit to go through it all.

DT should never have been able to run for president. Did the Republicans allow him to because their party was also compromised? It seems likely.

6. I hold the opinion that McConnell, who is solely responsible for him surviving impeachment....

along with the other right wing establishment see Trumpy as their best hope in stacking the courts and pushing through legislation decimating environmental, labor and other laws that they have hated for years.

I find it to be no surprise that Moscow Mitch deliberately held open so many judicial appointments during Obama's years, as if he KNEW that he was going to get a president like the current asshole to ramrod through his agenda.

The conservatives in power KNOW that time is not on their side, that the political landscape is changing and that their ideology is now and will continue to be, a shrinking minority.

But they are doing everything they can to set up a situation of minority rule in this country, so it is no wonder at all they allow him to do and say the most egregious things and still defend this asshole with everything they have.
