to individual control. That seems to be the main reason why the testing was so important in the first place. Test and isolate.

States are doing this while Trump is trying to hinder their efforts if they get too successful. He wants the credit.

as reference. This is real leadership, direction, and education. This is what we need as on a national level, but all the US gets is trump's self serving diatribes, resulting in distrust & lack of confidence in what direction we should take. The stock market does not like uncertainty.

to have a leader who is actually thinking ahead with a roadmap and ideas from a great team?

The Governor said there is not a precise timeline for modifying the stay-at-home order, but that these six indicators will serve as the framework for making that decision.

He also noted that things will look different as California makes modifications. For example, restaurants will have fewer tables and classrooms will be reconfigured.

I think a big addition is Education.

Certainly, many parents, stuck at home, can handle the home-schooling thing, augmenting virtual classrooms and guided by material sent from the schools. This should not be a problem for the parents on DU, all of whom are above average (to steal a phrase). But the home classroom experience will not meet the educational requirements for all students. Some will be left behind, learning-wise, even if they are promoted to the next grade.

It's recoverable, if it's only the end of the 19-20 school year that's affected. If it continues through the 20-21 school year, well, I hope it doesn't happen.
