Alternatively, can I put in my direct deposit info tomorrow, even though I owe money as opposed to having a refund?

Speaking of that ... do people who owe the IRS money ... still get money? Or do they just take it to pay taxes?

apparently it will just get uploaded to my "Emerald card" so I dont have to go into the irs site and add my bank info...

still nothing yet though
