At this point I would really have trouble convicting someone for shooting a person who pulled this kind of stunt. To me this is no different then waving around a syringe and saying it has HIV+ blood in it. Both put people in very real fear for their lives, especially someone in one of the vulnerable groups.

have to carry and use a walking stick. also, I'm under 50, 6' tall and in shape. Use the walking stick for balance more than anything. Got a TBI during an assault last year, spent all last summer learning to walk and talk again. This is after i died, came back and spent 3 weels in a coma.Yeah, I have some lingering anger issues. Also, i don't use some lightweight cane, I essentially carry a Viking battle ax.
