It is nothing but bragging about things he can't do, doesn't understand, or know how to deal with.

Desperation. It is all about complete and total desperation. Please please please someone say I am doing something right. He's done nothing but fuck up.

I never watch his "briefings" but I do occasionally watch blooper reels of the weirdest parts and even that is excruciating.

Used to be funny to watch him stumble over his words and endlessly screw up but now too many people are dead.
