I thought it was 51. Yeah, we can't relitigate the same Articles of Impeachment in the House. That would be stupid and a WOT.

But if a 1/2 dozen Republican Senators decide, the current path is nutz, seems like Schmur could bring another vote, maybe add current failure on the pandemic response....and force a roll-call vote.

I'm not an expert, but if there is now a majority of Senators agreeing on his removal, I would think we cut to the chase and have a vote to answer, has Trump failed his Oath of Office?
