Not to diminish the dangers of this pandemic but, what would they do if this
was something much bigger? How about a more deadly bug that kills within hours to a day after infection?
A chemical warfare attack? A large scale bombing raid by an enemy?

4. This is exactly where I was going with my question.

The older people in my family -- parents, grandparents -- all lived through WW2
Some fought in it. All my life I've heard stories about the hardships they had to deal with
during that time. These whiners we deal with now wouldn't last 2 months in a large crisis, as we can see.

12. I think a lot of white supremacists heard this has affected African Americans in a big way

and think they are safe like they weren't during the AIDS crisis of the 80s when many thought it only affected the gay community.
