This is the day everything changed

I think this day is the day the campaign changed. No longer will the press corps give Romney one inch of slack. They turned against him today, having concluded the man is dangerous.

It is over for him. From this day forward, Romney is on his own.

No matter how much they kiss his ass to appear balanced.

The GOP crazies have given MSM Stockholm Syndrome. They have to be really, really bad and really, really stupid before MSM will call bullshit.

MSM, by riding the fence, when there is clear evidence of which side is dangerously extreme, has both sides completely disgusted with them. Perhaps MSM longs for another Desert Storm to pool reporters in. Nothing like "Shock and Awe" to sell stories.

Radio was screaming against the President and his so called by them "apology's" to the enemy. It was sickening.
I hope they are squelched, but there was no evidence of that on the air.
I am very upset by all of this. I hate putting the added weight on politicians shoulders, but I feel like many people's very lives are in the balance with this election. Obama must not lose!
(I hate thinking these thoughts. Since the age of Smirk the first, and 9-11-01 this country has been insane. I never thought I would be saying that some Republican would be worse than Bush so soon!)

The Right nominated him in the first place...Money. I'd like to think that thinking Americans everywhere will see this truth.

But if you don't think there's enough money involved to rig elections in the face of this irrefutable proof of incompetency, think back to Bush/Gore.

When the powers get pushed, they push back. I also wouldn't underestimate the Supreme Court. Even though they are not in the picture at the moment, don't think for a minute they are not in this in preparation for some sort of crisis. Obama has clear and unwavering enemies in that madness.

So one of my working models is that the media says stuff like "well both sides are guilty of doing horrible and stupid thing X" is said so that they can keep the game going.

They have a big vested interest in the game continuing...

The obvious became even more obvious today, but nothing has really changed for the press except that they will have even more that they are paid to ignore. Romney's real problem is a PR problem- he simply isn't likeable. Give our press credit though- they will be applying lipstick to that pig right up until election day.

As far as they're concerned, embassies are there to tell foreigners why they're wrong, and the USA is right. They'd want the embassy to schedule special screenings of that PoS film. They interpret freedom of religious belief as a bad thing when it's applied to Islam, and they'd regard anyone saying they understand why the film is offensive as sympathising with the enemy. And no doubt many of them think this confirms their belief that Pres. Obama is a Muslim.
