(5,299 posts)Disney/Pixar's Onward was officially declared a box office bomb because of its unfortunate timing.
No big company is going to squander their buzz on showing a movie in just Georgia. And no movie theatre is going to pay big rental rates on movies that will play to empty seats (they make most of their money on concessions), and risk being sued when someone gets infected.

(9,974 posts)still at home. I have fam members who work at a chains purchasing dept and also the warehouse. They are still furloughed/at home. Getting back to business doesnt happen overnight at the whim of an idiot governor.
