in these movie theatres? The studios are still all shut down and have pushed release dates for their films into the mid to late summer through next year.

When I heard about the theaters yesterday I thought “What are they going to play? Opera Live from the Met?”

5. Studios are not going to release movies to just Georgia

Disney/Pixar's Onward was officially declared a box office bomb because of its unfortunate timing.

No big company is going to squander their buzz on showing a movie in just Georgia. And no movie theatre is going to pay big rental rates on movies that will play to empty seats (they make most of their money on concessions), and risk being sued when someone gets infected.

9. Heh...not with headquarters, purchasing and warehouse

still at home. I have fam members who work at a chain’s purchasing dept and also the warehouse. They are still furloughed/at home. Getting back to business doesn’t happen overnight at the whim of an idiot governor.
