Stop telling me that "we will get through this together"

Yes damnit, of course .... for those of us that don’t die, yes we will get through this.
I understand that is rhetoric designed to pull together a divided country but for that to work you must actually mean it. Don’t support rallies that only divides us further.

It's as if they were all making commercials using the language they thought they should, not realizing everybody else was doing the same thing - the net effect is to drive many of us slightly insane.

What do those even MEAN? In my experience, it's usually spoken by someone who is telling you that you have to do yet ANOTHER impossible task to keep your job during the lockdown. Someone who is NOT doing that impossible task with you, and who will likely give you little to no help to do that impossible task.

I feel like I'm going to scream every time I hear it.
