that makes him gullible to anyone who says any damned thing about either. He sees something on Fox News or gets an email from some right-wing podcaster and he treats those things as though they came from Nobel Prize-winning scientists. He has no ability to discriminate between nonsense and science.

He also never investigates anything in depth. He hears a passing mention of something and relates it somehow to something else that has nothing to do with what he heard. Rather than ask an expert what the things he hears or reads mean, he launches off into some association or application of the thing without any further information.

Donald J. Trump is an ignorant ninny. He fancies himself to be a thinker and an innovator, when he is really nothing more than an inattentive listener and a blabbermouth. He does not have the basic knowledge needed to distinguish truth from nonsense, but treats it all the same. He opens his mouth when he should open his ears, and just lets whatever words his brain concocts come pouring out.

Nothing our pResident says has any connection to any sort of considered information. It is all random words, uttered in run-on sentences that combine to become complete gibberish. His remarks are little more than word salad with spoiled ranch dressing just waiting to cause a gastrointestinal upset.

I can only shake my head slowly from side to side when listening to him. I can do no other.

His doubt of science and medicine is along the lines of him doubting the intelligence and expertise from the CIA, NSA, etc. He has so much information at his fingertips , yet he gets his facts by watching Hannity and listening to Limbaugh.

This virus is bad enough-if a bad actor decided to go after the USA with a biological weapon - do we really want him at the helm?

Looking at how the virus has crippled us, its not far fetched to think that biological weapons may be coming down the pike at some point. Our election was stolen due to cyber warfare. Instead of acknowledging and doing something about it, he latched on to conspiracy theories about servers in Ukraine instead of trusting his intelligence.

So in his 3+ years as president, he has denied the attack on us by Russia, denied the danger of this virus that has killed over 50,000 people in such a short time. If this does not terrify people,I don't know what will. He has no ability to keep us safe from any kind of attack whatsoever.

These denials are partially for his own self interest, but partially because he is not grounded in reality and like you said, does not investigate anything in depth.
