12. Unfortunately there are 3 D's & 3 R judges and I think one of the D's recused himself

The thought was this was going to go down party line and the law would stand, hope that's not the case.

13. There are 7 Justices and 1 R justice had to recluse because of a corruption probe

So there are 6 Justices deciding the case - 3 Ds & 3 Rs. But one of the Rs (the Chief Justice) is a more moderate R and some of the moderate R pundits (like Smerconish who is also a lawyer and knows him well) thinks he may tip it to the Ds. Am crossing fingers.
