That's going to be his strategy. China is to blame for the virus and Democrats are to blame for the fact it's spreading and destroying the economy. Also, he said, we "want the country to fail."

Analysis of profit growth over debt service shows the market never should have been over 26,000.
So it was already inflated by at least 13%.
IOW, this maladministration could have done nothing & markets would have been where they are. They did NOTHIN to stimulate growth.
