I have a client who is in an assisted care facility, and her life has been turned upside down by this horror show. She hasn't been allowed to see me or her other caregiver since early March because the long term facilities have been in lockdown. Every time a staff member becomes ill or travels out of our area, the residents are required to isolate in their rooms for at least 5 days until the test comes back. It has been so disruptive and scary for her... She's 89 and mostly blind, post polio syndrome. Turnover in staff has been about 50%, which is also scary for her.

omg, I can't believe Pence put those poor people in deadly jeopardy, plus the possible isolation measures once a staff member or resident presents with any symptom that could be the virus.
