And another thing

The people who are going to get sick and die when states are reopened prematurely are the desperate folks who can't afford to stay home. I saw a scathing comment about someone who just *had* to have her dog groomed, so she was defying the "closed" orders. Well, what about the dog groomer who has to pay for medical insurance or rent or food for her family? She *has* to go to work and groom the damn dog. Is it worse to die from corona19 or see her children starve?

Opening the states too early is stupid, pleasing to big industry and the upper class but deadly to workers who will not be praised as heroes or have money raised for them. These folks need money from the government to cover their living expenses far more than the airline industry needs props* to keep planes flying. More people are going to die, and it's going to be people from the ground up.

Fuck heartless republicans.

* yes it was intentional

protesting the closures down in GA. She was saying how badly she wanted her hair cut...the reporter asked her if she feared for her safety in rushing to a salon as soon as they opened and she said she wasn’t afraid...then the reporter asked if she were concerned for the safety of the hair stylist and the woman replied “No. A lot of people do hair”. Like those folks are disposable. It took my breath away.
