3. I'm Convinced He Doesn't Understand The Concept Of Testing And Why It Is Important....

When a positive test is ID'd - that person is isolated for 14 days and treated if needed. Also - contact tracing can begin on that person and anyone they came in contact with is also ID'd and isolated. The idea is to take them off the streets which will prevent them from infecting additional people. The more you can pull those positive ID'd people off the streets - the better chance you have at slowing or minimizing the spread of the virus. This is how the virus will be defeated.

Trump is only thinking of the numbers game. He just doesn't understanding that testing can be his saving grace. He's just a complete idiot.

Where in the Constitution does it say that the president of the US can remain in office when over 70,000 people have died because of his arrogance, staggering incompetence and paralyzing stupidity ?
