Back when he was gov of Indiana, there was a huge outbreak of HIV in a rural county, the result of sharing of needles. (There's a terrible meth/opiates/heroine problem in that area.)

First he cited God or something and refused to allow the county to do a needle exchange program (that lets addicts get clean needles no questions asked). 100 or so more HIV infections later, he resentfully rescinded his ban.

He never does the right thing until he's forced to.

I think he's had it since last week-ish. I think a couple of his tests came back negative and now he's positive. That's what I think.
