Trump pressures Pennsylvania's Democratic governor to reopen despite White House guidelines

President Donald Trump this week continued to pressure Democratic governors to roll back coronavirus-related restrictions -- targeting Pennsylvania's Gov. Tom Wolf before a trip to the state. Wolf finds himself among a growing list of Democratic governors Trump has lambasted for not removing restrictions more quickly.

"The great people of Pennsylvania want their freedom now, and they are fully aware of what that entails," Trump tweeted Monday. "The Democrats are moving slowly, all over the USA, for political purposes." The attack on Wolf fit a pattern in which Trump has pushed for economic activity to restart even as his own coronavirus task force warns doing so too rapidly could accelerate the spread of the virus.

The president said "some governors, maybe for election reasons, don't want to have their states open." He provided no evidence. Last week, he raised the idea that those keeping restrictions in place for longer could be trying to hurt him politically, again providing no evidence for this assertion.

Democratic Rep. Brendan Boyle, who represents parts of Philadelphia, called Trump's visit a thinly veiled campaign stop. "Cancel the visit" Boyle said. "Don't put other people at risk given how many people are involved in any presidential visit, and instead, stay at home, do your job, get us closer to solving this unbelievable crisis."

So exposing that will hurt them and trump. so now he's trying to pressure them to open so he can claim the democrat Governors are failing too when they get exposed with the red states. The same guy claimed this was another hoax, then claimed it would go away, and injecting or drinking disinfectant wants you to believe his propaganda and bs with your life at risk still. He will force people back by taking away all funds, and will threaten them if they don't return. as more numbers increase. trump is already trying to get others to hide the true numbers. trump wants to now stiff the American people like he does to contractors, and force them to work with a very dangerous pandemic still very active, and he doesn't have the testing to know how bad the infection rates really are. That's why trump and McConnell are stalling the present House stimulus bill, they don't want you to get anything, but they want their's in the form of bribes from campaign contribution's that they then funnel into their pockets.
