We’ve done a GREAT job on Covid response, making all Governors look good, some fantastic (and that’s OK), but the Lamestream Media doesn’t want to go with that narrative, and the Do Nothing Dems talking point is to say only bad about “Trump”. I made everybody look good, but me!

People who are genuinely confident, don't feel the need to brag or bring attention to themselves. Everyone likes to be acknowledged and validated but this idiot is so weak that he needs constant reassurance of his value. People who have a good sense of self and who can be genuinely proud of themselves are able to acknowledge their flaws and mistakes.

Trump cannot acknowledge even the slightest mistake because that would be so crushing to his precarious self image. He makes everyone look good around him because he is so ridiculously bad at everything he does. He sets such a low bar on the fundamental aspects of being a human being that people who exhibit even a modicum of humanity look great.

20. Actually the governors and prudent people themselves probably made Trump look LESS bad.

Imagine the governors of WA, CA, and NY would have repeated Trump's comments that there was nothing to worry about. Even in these three states, you see the impact of WA and CA acting faster, though NYC would always have been the biggest challenge. It's density and the percent of people using public transportation would have made it the hardest place to get the virus under control.
