They are carting out modern day snake oil salesmen and venture capitalist Moncef Slaoui and promising something that does not exist, will exist in just a couple months. Its morally bankrupt and ethically irresponsible but they don't care, as long as it gets them to November.

They don't care if literally half the country or more dies after November 3rd, as long as they can drag this country's body across the finish line and keep control of government.
