Help Me!!! (in screechy falsetto voice from The Fly) I'm trying to do a reset of my son's WIN 10

puter since we got the Blue Screen Of Death this morning. I'm at the point where the screen will
indicate 88% complete then the monitor will display No Signal while the power light either flashes
or stays on steady. I've shut the thing off and on a few times but come back to what I just described What can I expect now?

A couple ideas. You don’t know if it’s a hardware of software issue. First try to get the computer up in setup/bios mode. There may be a message saying something like push F1 while booting. Could be a different key.

If you can’t get there it’s probably a hardware issue.

You can try to get windows up in safe mode. You
Can find articles and videos looking for “boot pc in safe mode”. Here’s the Microsoft link

Good luck.

if you have not done so, try unplugging the computer power cord for a few seconds (rather than just using the on/off button).

completely shutting off power probably reset something in the power supply or BIOS(?). It has worked for me a couple of times.
