Is about 27%, which was Bush's worst. I think about 25% of the country will always support a republican president no matter what. Bush, for whatever other faults he had, could at least be affable. I think there's a buffer of 10% to 16% extra support for Trump from people who don't give a damn about anything as long as he can convince them that he's owning the libs or the scientists or whatever. A mean streak makes up for everything else.
